This role is aimed at students and graduates who want to work with people and would be supported to study through the company’s personal study programme.
Responsibilities will include:
Responding promptly and accurately to a wide range of client queries and ensuring all data is up to date
Meeting and greeting clients and connecting them to the right people
Assisting clients with their online access
Supporting marketing material, website content and participating in various client events
Liaising with broking and investment management teams to ensure a smooth handover of the client into their desired service team
Experience and skills required:
Confident communicator by telephone, email and face to face
Committed to personal development and an enthusiasm to learn
Proactive and flexible approach to tasks
Excellent time management skills
Accurate and focused
