Join a global banking organisation and provide temporary risk management support on an 8-10 week basis, playing a key role in delivering risk management initiatives.
Within this role you will support the effective application of the operational risk framework and conduct risk obligations, helping to improve the understanding and effective management of risk across the organisation
You will also provide support in managing the risks which exist, making sure mechanisms are in place to identify, report, manage and mitigate risk within a defined risk appetite, working in conjunction with the second line of defence.
Responsibilities will include:
Delivering risk management initiatives to support the effective application of the operational risk framework and ensure risk obligations are fulfilled
Ensuring risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, monitored and reported on across the business
Supporting the management of any existing risks
Evaluating the adequacy of current controls to identify potential risks to the business
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and operational risk management
Strong planning, organisational and data collection skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
