Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to temporarily join their team and provide assistance to customers during an exciting new project.
As part of the friendly customer services team, you will provide customers with instructions following the roll-out of the new project, and answer any queries on this.
Experience and skills required:
Confident telephone manner
Good customer and commercial focus
Resilience and the ability to work under pressure and deal sensitively with customer concerns
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise
