A global banking organisation is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to temporarily join their team, acting as first point of contact for customers and investigating their queries.

You will deal with a variety of different customers on a daily basis, ensuring no two days will be the same.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working in a busy and diverse banking environment, both 12 month and 6 month temporary contracts are available.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively assisting with all customer queries, liaising with internal staff when required

  • Acting as a point of escalation for customers

  • Recognising trends in order to reduce delays for customers

  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and operational procedures

Experience and skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Team player

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change

  • Ability to prioritise and manage tasks
