Responsibilities will include:
Working collaboratively with the new business administrator to complete new client take on
Tracking and chasing engagement letters for all tax clients
Completing risk reviews on all clients and accurately maintaining relevant databases
Proactively communicating with tax clients concerning tax filings and deadlines
Tracking payments and ensuring company accounts are uploaded
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 1 years’ administration experience
Excellent time management skills
Motivated and committed to effective client service
Confident and proactive approach to tasks
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
