Responsibilities will include:

  • Working collaboratively with the new business administrator to complete new client take on​

  • Tracking and chasing engagement letters for all tax clients​

  • Completing risk reviews on all clients and accurately maintaining relevant databases​

  • Proactively communicating with tax clients concerning tax filings​ and deadlines

  • Tracking payments and ensuring company accounts are uploaded

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 1 years’ administration experience​

  • ​Excellent time management skills

  • Motivated and committed to effective client service​

  • Confident and proactive approach to tasks​

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy​
