Support the leadership team in a growing technology business, leading the implementation of various projects and initiatives to help continue driving the business forward.

This is an exciting career opportunity to support a variety of projects ranging from system integration and mergers and acquisitions, to culture and wellbeing. Working alongside the wider business to ensure projects align with company strategy and leadership, you will also undertake some remote work.

Using your previous project or change management experience, you will confidently communicate and be influential with senior leadership and play a key role in strategic goals.

Responsibilities will include:

  • ​Building innovative continuous improvement programmes with cross-functional teams

  • Providing updates to the senior leadership teams and ensuring company goals are being achieved​

  • Facilitating workshops and working groups around key topics, ensuring these are outcome-focused and action-orientated​

  • Providing guidance and setting standards in the execution of both cross-functional and single-track projects.

  • Working with the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions to plan for potential target integration, as well as implementation post completion

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a project or change management role​

  • Previous experience in agile methodologies, or holds a professional qualification ​

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills​

  • Experience ​in helping to set, manage and track key performance indicators or objectives and key results

  • Good time management and organisational skills​
