Responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the maintenance of statutory records, processes, systems, databases and the operational systems
Training and coaching less experienced members of the team to enhance their technical skills and effective use of NAV
Contributing to the provision of technical administration and advice, including statutory developments, such as changes in statutory filing procedures
Identifying and reporting on issues and assist us with the design and implementation of system processes, databases and reports to prevent statutory default and penalties
Monitoring the email inbox and assisting in the allocation of workload within the team
Performing annual return reviews
Experience and skills required:
Previous statutory experience and working in a fiduciary environment
Pragmatic approach to work and good organisational skills
Methodical and analytical with an eye for detail
Team player with excellent communication skills
