You will support and guide the operational managers in the conduct of their roles and in the achievement of the team objectives.
As COO, you will be expected to facilitate the composition of annual business plans for approval by the Board, compile an ensuing budget and report upon financial performance against that budget on monthly (revenues) and quarterly (profitability) bases.
