In this role, you will be expected to have a strong commitment to client service excellence, administering a varied portfolio of clients to deliver a comprehensive first-class service, maintaining and enhancing client relationships, whilst supervising and developing junior team members.
Responsibilities will include:
Liaising with clients on day-to-day matters
Preparing regulatory documentation and statutory books
Supervising and coaching more junior members of staff
Reviewing payment instructions prepared by more junior staff
Scheduling client meetings and producing board reports and minutes
Assisting with the take-on and risk assessment of clients
Experience and skills required:
Either hold or willing to study towards a recognised professional qualification
Minimum 4 years’ relevant industry experience with at least 3 years’ experience in running own portfolio
Good knowledge and understanding of current local finance industry legislation, regulatory requirements and working practices
Experience of developing and coaching others on a one-to-one basis
Ability to delegate and manage multiple deadlines
