A progressive opportunity overseeing the delivery of world-class fund administration and financial reporting services to a portfolio of private equity clients.
Overseeing a team of administrations and accountants, you will ensure a quality service is delivered, develop relationships with new and existing clients and provide mentoring support to your team.
You will be expected to lead, support and develop your team to create a high performing culture, as well as proactively identifying and implementing opportunities to expand the services. This business provides an inclusive and friendly environment and flexibility with work arrangements.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of clients and reviewing and signing off activity
Acting as a Director of client companies, as required
Overseeing the financial performance of the team, including team billing and debtor management
Developing new business relationships and to focus on client retention
Acting as a higher authority on technical client specific matters
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 10 years’ private equity fund administration experience
Hold a professional Table 4 qualification
Previous experience managing a team
Excellent understanding of client reporting
Good leadership, motivation and delegation skills
