Joining a small, senior level team of talented, highly motivated and driven professionals, this is a very hands-on role which would suit a personable professional with comprehensive knowledge and a proven track record in offshore fiduciary services and experience of building and maintaining client relationships on a long-term basis.
This role will involve some travel when possible with a strong focus on business development and relationship management. You will play an integral part of building long term, high quality relationships with clients whilst gaining exposure to various areas of the business, contributing to the ongoing growth, diversification and success of this organisation. An excellent opportunity to springboard your career, reporting directly to Client Services Director.
Responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure these are met
Assisting staff with more complex aspects of client relationship management
Seeking out new business opportunities and ways to increase the client base
Acting in the capacity of Director of the management entities as required
Actively participating in group financial reviews
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and escalating any risks
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 10 years’ previous experience working within fiduciary services, with a minimum of 3 years’ management experience
Ideally hold a degree or be a member of a relevant professional body
Qualified as a category B person under JFSC guidelines
Exposure to marketing and business development initiatives coupled with a willingness to get involved in the development of new markets
Ability to coach staff and possess good presentation skills
