Responsibilities will include:
Acting as first point of escalation for employee relations issues and providing advice in line with company policy and employment law
Providing recruitment support, including screening CVs and attending interviews
Working with the HR Manager to deliver projects, such as researching, proposing, and implementing a learning and development and wellbeing strategy
Mentoring staff on performance management issues, coaching, performance reviews and other people related queries
Preparing data for salary benchmarking, manpower returns and monthly payroll data
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 2 years’ experience working at Senior HR Officer level
Level 3 CIPD qualified
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Previous experience dealing with sensitive employee relations issues
Hold a clean driving licence
