Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as first point of escalation for employee relations issues and providing advice in line with company policy and employment law 

  • Providing recruitment support, including screening CVs and attending interviews

  • Working with the HR Manager to deliver projects, such as researching, proposing, and implementing a learning and development and wellbeing strategy 

  • Mentoring staff on performance management issues, coaching, performance reviews and other people related queries 

  • Preparing data for salary benchmarking, manpower returns and monthly payroll data 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working at Senior HR Officer level 

  • Level 3 CIPD qualified 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

  • Previous experience dealing with sensitive employee relations issues 

  • Hold a clean driving licence
