Within this role you will be working alongside Chartered Accountants, Chartered Surveyors, Lawyers and Chartered Secretaries.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparing financial statements for a wide range of clients to UK GAAP or IFRS standards
Attending client meetings
Preparing Net Asset Value calculations and fee quotes
Supervising more junior members of staff
Reviewing annual and periodic accounts prepared by the team
Experience and skills required:
Hold a recognised professional accountancy qualification
Minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience, including previous experience of real estate structures
Good working knowledge of UK GAAP or IFRS
Previous experience developing and coaching others one a one to one basis
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
