A multi-family office is seeking an experienced compliance professional to provide assistance to their risk and compliance team on a temporary basis. This contract position will cover all aspects of compliance monitoring and reporting across all regulated entities, to ensure the compliance monitoring programmes are delivered as necessary.
Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the compliance monitoring programmes are in line with the business and any legislative or regulatory changes
Working alongside key stakeholders
Ensuring the compliance monitoring programmes are conducted in a timely manner and escalating any high risk findings
Overseeing the team assisting with monitoring activities
Experience and skills required:
Significant compliance or compliance monitoring experience in a regulated business
Experience within a trust company business environment is ideal
Ability to liaise and communicate with key stakeholders
