As Senior Manager, you will oversee a team responsible for identifying financial and regulatory risks within an assigned portfolio of clients. You will also work with senior leadership to drive change and efficiency across the business.

Responsibilities will include:
Setting team objectives which are aligned with the organisation's strategic business plan
Supervising a portfolio of entities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Identifying and escalating potential risks, as appropriate
Liaising and developing relationships with key external stakeholders, including relevant trade bodies and overseas regulatory bodies
Managing, coaching and developing staff
Experience and skills required:
Previous banking experience
A good understanding of the regulatory environment in Jersey
Ideally hold a relevant diploma level qualification
Ability to work well within a team and deliver results
Self-motivated and a personal commitment to delivering success
