Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting client facing teams with the collection of documents and advising on the progress of CDD reviews

  • Providing support and guidance, including training (if applicable)

  • Communicating openly and honestly with internal teams and clients 

  • Accurately maintaining and updating client records 

  • Keeping up to date with any changes in regulatory requirements 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous CDD experience and ideally knowledge of trusts, company and fund structures 

  • Either hold or currently working towards a professional qualification 

  • Proactive and forward thinking approach to tasks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • High level of attention to detail
