Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team on a diverse range of projects, supporting local and global employers to define their people strategy and advising clients on how to improve the effectiveness of their workforce.

Other projects could include helping senior executives to define and embed their company culture to implement cutting edge digital upskilling programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to gain further industry experience in project and change management, diversity and inclusion, and the workforce of the future and you can choose what to specialise in.

You’ll draw on your problem-solving skills and previous project management/change management experience to provide advice to clients, whilst being supported to achieve your career ambitions through tailored training programmes.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of end to end change programmes, providing advice and assisting with the implementation and training 

  • Assisting project leads with scoping and planning components

  • Conducting interviews, delivering workshops and analysing organisation documents 

  • Developing strategies and taking a supporting role in their delivery 

  • Identifying and mitigating potential obstacles

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous project management, business analysis or change management experience  

  • Either hold or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g.Prince2, Agile, PMP) 

  • Strong relationship building skills

  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
