In this role, you will assist in identifying opportunities for ongoing enhancement of the system and have oversight of its implementation.
Responsibilities will include:
Supervising a team of two, you will be providing support to the client facing teams in respect of technical and operational matters
Formulation, configuration and testing of functionality within the system, in collaboration with eFront
Identifying, assessing and developing enhancements to the system
Arranging the provision of system training to all staff
Acting as liaison with management and eFront in respect of ongoing maintenance and development of the system
Experience and skills required:
Hold or working towards an appropriate accounting qualification
Sound knowledge of fund administration business, ideally with administration and accounting experience in private equity, real estate and debt funds
Experience of working collaboratively, with staff across all levels
Solid practical understanding of closed-ended and open-ended funds
High degree of accuracy and a meticulous approach to duties
