Work within a high performing team in a forward thinking and innovative wealth management organisation, on a 6 month contract, ensuring client regulatory reporting obligations are met.
Performing the daily operational activities of the client reporting and tax reporting department, you will review client tax forms, undertake tax rates management, and maintain tax related systems data. You will also ensure compliance with procedural controls and processes.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks
Monitoring exceptions and reports on a regular basis to ensure any outstanding issues are prioritised and actioned
Supporting the implementation of new and improved processes and procedures
Maintaining monthly management reporting statistics of activity issues and key performance indicators
Providing technical support to Relationship Managers, to assist with their clients’ international tax and documentation
Experience and skills required:
Excellent understanding of securities and regulatory tax operations, reporting and client service
Strong client relationship skills
Operational risk awareness experience
Good numeracy skills
CISI qualifications would be an advantage
