As Senior Administrator, you will be expected to have a strong commitment to client service excellence, building strong working relationships and delivering a comprehensive first-class service to a varied portfolio of clients. You will also help to develop junior team members.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients on day-to-day matters

  • Preparing regulatory documentation

  • Supervising and coaching more junior members of staff

  • Reviewing payment instructions prepared by more junior staff

  • Scheduling client meetings and producing board reports and minutes

  • Assisting with the take-on and risk assessment of clients

Experience and skills required:

  • Either hold or willing to study towards a recognised professional qualification

  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant industry experience with at least 3 years’ experience in running own portfolio

  • Good knowledge and understanding of current local finance industry legislation, regulatory requirements and working practices

  • Experience of developing and coaching others on a one-to-one basis

  • Ability to delegate and manage multiple deadlines
