An award-winning banking and investment firm is seeking a motivated banking professional, to provide support to their custody operations team for a period of 6 months.
Within this role you will regularly monitor the custody system for trade processing activity, perform reconciliations and conduct investigations whilst ensuring high standards of client service are maintained at all times.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the daily processing of trades
Inputting instructions to facilitate transfer or stock movements and successful completion of transfers
Proactively communicating with clients on a regular basis
Uploading client reports and onboarding information on to the system
Ensuring clients are accurately charged and assisting with fee collection
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in banking operations
Ideally hold a relevant professional securities qualification
Flexible and proactive approach to tasks
Team player
Ability to work using own initiative
