Responsibilities will include:
Organising the team portfolio and reviewing work prepared, ensuring it is completed within agreed deadlines
Monitoring the financial performance of the team and mentoring staff
Ensuring quality client relationships are built and meet compliance requirements
Acting as a higher authority on technical client specific matters
Deputising for the Client Director as required
Experience and skills required:
Hold a recognised professional accountancy qualification
Minimum 5 years’ post qualification experience within financial services, including 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role
Good working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP and other accounting standards
Ability to build and create a sense of team spirit
Excellent presentation skills and ability to manage multiple projects/tasks
