In this role you will manage the recruitment function and two talent acquisition professionals, as well as providing support to the Head of People with the delivery of the recruitment strategy across Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man.
You will be responsible for the delivery of a student recruitment strategy, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent and attending career and university fairs.
As the Recruitment and Onboarding Manager, you will also be responsible for senior hires into the business and support your team in recruiting at all levels across the crown dependencies to ensure recruitment KPIs are met. This will require some travel between Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man.
