Act as first point of contact in this fast-paced Receptionist role, performing a variety of administrative tasks, welcoming guests and managing the reception area.
Using your previous Receptionist experience, you will ensure a quality service is delivered at all times, greeting visitors, managing the booking system and assisting with queries.
Responsibilities will include:
Meeting and greeting visitors
Assisting with queries
Accurately maintaining client information
Experience and skills required:
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Minimum grade C in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
Confident using Microsoft Office
