Responsibilities will include:
Preparing feasibility studies, measured cost plans and schedules of work
Analysing tenders and reporting thereon
Preparing contract documents
Undertaking project management, to include life cycle costing/whole life costing
Undertaking post contract services including valuations, cost reports and final accounts
Experience and skills required:
MRICS qualified along with relevant experience of projects in varied sectors
Experience in cost procurement delivery
Ability to manage personal workload and a significant portion of projects in co-operation with team members
Familiarity with a range of different complex delivery models
Excellent document drafting and analysis skills
