Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaboratively working with your team to manage your client’s portfolio 

  • Assisting with the coordination of company secretarial services for clients

  • Ensuring a high level of service is delivered to clients at all times 

  • Offering guidance to team members and performing staff appraisals 

  • Reviewing team performance against budgets and time charged 

Experience and skills required:

  • Extensive trust administration experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role 

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification 

  • Strong people management skills

  • Excellent time management skills
