Working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, you will support team members in delivering a range of private wealth administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and related entities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the administration of a varied portfolio of companies 

  • Preparing minutes, resolutions and correspondence and maintaining statutory records 

  • Processing bank payments and reconciling payment logs 

  • Producing and circulating invoices, fee collection and chasing debtors 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the finance industry role 

  • Either hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP 

  • Self-motivated with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude 

  • Ability to deal with tasks independently using own initiative
