Working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, you will support team members in delivering a range of private wealth administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and related entities.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the administration of a varied portfolio of companies
Preparing minutes, resolutions and correspondence and maintaining statutory records
Processing bank payments and reconciling payment logs
Producing and circulating invoices, fee collection and chasing debtors
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the finance industry role
Either hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP
Self-motivated with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Ability to deal with tasks independently using own initiative
