Supporting the Head of Wealth Management, you will be responsible for providing an excellent service, knowledge and expertise to clients and stakeholders, liaising directly with clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and administering cash management of client accounts
Obtaining credit approval for client transactions and monitoring client credit limits
Carrying out trade execution of investment instructions
Investigating and resolving any settlement and custody queries received internally and from clients
Ensuring client account information and KYC supporting documentation is accurately maintained
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role
Hold a relevant professional qualification, such as Securities & Investment Institute Level 3 Securities Certificate
Good knowledge of the financial markets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build good working relationships with clients
