A commercial organisation is currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide a quality secretarial service and administrative support to their CEO and executive team, on a part-time basis.

Using your previous experience as a Personal Assistant, you will manage multiple diaries, prepare correspondence, and coordinate meetings.

Ideally you will be available for 22 hours per week, in the afternoon and have confident communication skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • ​Managing multiple diaries and coordinating meetings, appointments, and work schedules

  • Preparing correspondence and documentation​

  • Taking minutes and distributing action points​

  • Screening all correspondence, emails and telephone calls addressed to the CEO and Board of Directors​

  • Booking travel and organising oversea meetings or arranging global conference calls​

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years PA experience​

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills​

  • Confident and ability to act with discretion​

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills​

  • Confident Microsoft Office user​
