​A small and privately owned Jersey based trust company is looking for an experienced Director level Personal Assistant to join their team.

Proudly independent, this company holds a truly global outlook advising private clients, families and businesses who belong to the world’s international elite.

In this role you will act as Personal Assistant to two Directors providing varied support to board level.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Outlook inbox management for Director

  • Organised and highly detailed diary management

  • Attending and taking minutes at board and committee meetings and preparing board and committee packs when required

  • Organising travel for specified members of the senior management team

  • Marketing – preparing adverts and organising mail merges

Experience and skills required:

  • Ideally has a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

  • Desirable to have experience in using Taskforce and eDocs

  • Good communication skills, both oral and written

  • Good organisational skills
