Being part of a supportive human resources function, you will be responsible for all elements of compensation and benefits, contributing to the effective delivery or a proactive, positive and efficient HR service.

This is a full time role however flexibility with working arrangement/hours will be considered.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering and running payroll and analysis

  • Accurately maintaining HR records

  • Delivering accurate management information and KPI’s to the business

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in a finance or payroll role

  • Good understanding of finance practices (budgeting, cost analysis etc.)

  • Ability to interrogate and analyse data

  • Good understanding of the local legislations and regulatory regime relating to HR in Jersey and Guernsey
