In this newly created role you will work on the front desk of an organisation which prides itself on excellence, operational robustness and investment performance, utilising your strong communication skills on a daily basis.
Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining reception area, answering calls directed to the main switchboard and transferring or taking messages accordingly
Setting up the boardroom for ad hoc meetings such as interviews and quarterly boards
Supporting the facilities management
Maintaining good working relationships with all office contractors and suppliers, reviewing contracts on a regular basis to ensure efficient running of all office premises
Opening and distributing a large volume of post and arranging couriers through the online system
Experience and skills required:
Educated to GCSE level, including English and maths
Experience of working in financial services front office or support role
Flexible, practical and hands on approach
Intermediate Excel and Outlook are essential
