In this fundamental role, you will provide administrative assistance and office support to fee earners in a well-regarded legal firm.
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with strong organisational skills, providing assistance with dictations, banking and diary management. Ideally, you will be available to start immediately.
Responsibilities will include:
Answering calls and assisting with enquiries
Audio typing and typing up manuscripts
Attending meetings and taking minutes
Diary management, organising events and arranging travel
Arranging postage and couriers
Experience and skills required:
Ability to work in a team environment and prioritise tasks
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work using own initiative
