In this fundamental role, you will provide administrative assistance and office support to fee earners in a well-regarded legal firm.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with strong organisational skills, providing assistance with dictations, banking and diary management. Ideally, you will be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls and assisting with enquiries  

  • Audio typing and typing up manuscripts

  • Attending meetings and taking minutes 

  • Diary management, organising events and arranging travel

  • Arranging postage and couriers 

  • Performing payments

Experience and skills required:

  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritise tasks 

  • Excellent attention to detail 

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to work using own initiative
