An exciting hybrid role with a professional services firm, providing both front of house support to the wider business and PA support to leaders.

Working alongside assigned leaders, you will provide a proactive support service, to ensure activities are prioritised so leaders can focus on meeting the firm’s objectives, whilst also ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to all visitors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA with strong problem solving skills, looking to take a new step in their career.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Travel and diary management

  • Preparing correspondence

  • Minute taking and transcribing recorded meetings, as required 

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and clients 

  • Managing booking systems and preparing all meeting rooms 

  • Sorting mail and assisting with filing

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role 

  • Ideally have experience with Google Suite (mail, sheets, doc and slides) 

  • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team

  • Proactive and flexible approach to tasks 

  • Ability to work showing discretion and a good understanding of confidentiality
