An exciting hybrid role with a professional services firm, providing both front of house support to the wider business and PA support to leaders.
Working alongside assigned leaders, you will provide a proactive support service, to ensure activities are prioritised so leaders can focus on meeting the firm’s objectives, whilst also ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to all visitors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA with strong problem solving skills, looking to take a new step in their career.
Responsibilities will include:
Travel and diary management
Minute taking and transcribing recorded meetings, as required
Meeting and greeting visitors and clients
Managing booking systems and preparing all meeting rooms
Sorting mail and assisting with filing
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Ideally have experience with Google Suite (mail, sheets, doc and slides)
Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
Proactive and flexible approach to tasks
Ability to work showing discretion and a good understanding of confidentiality
