A unique opportunity to join a small yet growing financial services business as part of the expanding operations team in Jersey.

Working with a highly skilled and supportive team, you will assist with transaction processing, monitoring, reporting, client liaison and ensuring all regulatory obligations are fulfilled.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing oversight and monitoring of all transactions on a daily basis

  • Resolving issues or questions raised by clients or other departments and escalating, where necessary

  • Acting as an integral part of the front to back system, identifying any control gaps and inefficiencies

  • In the event of a new client requirement or change, help identify and engage to ensure that business process and any system changes are tested and implemented in a timely manner

Experience and skills required:

  • Industry experience in financial services, ideally in one of the following areas :

    • Banking

    • Trust or Fund Services

    • Transaction processing

    • Custody support, clearing and settlements

    • Business analysis

    • Middle office

  • Operations experience would be an advantage

  • Strong communication skills
