A unique opportunity to join a small yet growing financial services business as part of the expanding operations team in Jersey.
Working with a highly skilled and supportive team, you will assist with transaction processing, monitoring, reporting, client liaison and ensuring all regulatory obligations are fulfilled.

Responsibilities will include:
Providing oversight and monitoring of all transactions on a daily basis
Resolving issues or questions raised by clients or other departments and escalating, where necessary
Acting as an integral part of the front to back system, identifying any control gaps and inefficiencies
In the event of a new client requirement or change, help identify and engage to ensure that business process and any system changes are tested and implemented in a timely manner
Experience and skills required:
Industry experience in financial services, ideally in one of the following areas :
Banking
Trust or Fund Services
Transaction processing
Custody support, clearing and settlements
Business analysis
Middle office
Operations experience would be an advantage
Strong communication skills
