In this role you will assist in the ongoing data management of the client/investor lifecycle by ensuring all client and investor static data is captured and recorded, and accurate in all core platforms used by the business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting collaboratively with clients, relationship managers and their teams during the onboarding process

  • Reviewing processes and recommending improvements

  • Supporting the delivery of new client transition initiatives

  • Keeping up to date with any regulatory changes

  • Acting as a point of escalation for complex issues which arise during the onboarding process

Experience and skills required:

  •  Minimum 5 years’ compliance experience within the finance industry

  •  Previous experience in a MLRO/MLCO compliance role, or similar

  •  Hold a relevant professional qualification such as ICA, AML or equivalent

  •  Detailed understanding and knowledge of current industry AML/CFT handbook legislation, regulation and operating working practices

  •  Proactive approach to tasks and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines
