In this role you will assist in the ongoing data management of the client/investor lifecycle by ensuring all client and investor static data is captured and recorded, and accurate in all core platforms used by the business.
Responsibilities will include:
Acting collaboratively with clients, relationship managers and their teams during the onboarding process
Reviewing processes and recommending improvements
Supporting the delivery of new client transition initiatives
Keeping up to date with any regulatory changes
Acting as a point of escalation for complex issues which arise during the onboarding process
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ compliance experience within the finance industry
Previous experience in a MLRO/MLCO compliance role, or similar
Hold a relevant professional qualification such as ICA, AML or equivalent
Detailed understanding and knowledge of current industry AML/CFT handbook legislation, regulation and operating working practices
Proactive approach to tasks and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines
