A property development firm are currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join their team.

As Office Administrator/Receptionist you will provide an efficient administrative, secretarial and clerical support service to Directors and Managers in the office and act as the primary point of contact for any queries.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and emails and forwarding on to the appropriate staff member 

  • Meeting and greeting clients 

  • Assisting with staff event planning 

  • Preparing meeting rooms 

  • Assisting with document maintenance, scanning and archiving and updating databases

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous office experience would be an advantage 

  • Excellent customer service skills  

  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload 

  • Team player 

  • Confident using Microsoft Office
