A varied role that will provide office management and administrative support to all members in the Jersey office. This will include acting as the first point of contact, managing the office premises, booking travel arrangements as well as supporting projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as first point of contact and forwarding on calls, as appropriate 

  • Booking travel and hotel arrangements

  • Ensuring office premises are kept clean and tidy and maintaining office supply levels

  • Organising and coordinating staff seminar registrations, including conference call details

Experience and skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently, using own initiative 

  • Good problem solving and organisational skills

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
