In this key person role, you will also act as Deputy MLRO, design internal AML policies and procedures, act as a point of contact for the JFSC and run quarterly Board meetings.

Responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and updating company AML/CFT policies
Carrying out the role of Deputy MLRO and overseeing the MLRO process
Developing the compliance monitoring plan
Carrying out client monitoring for new and existing clients
Reporting to the board on a quarterly basis
Acting as key liaison for the JFSC
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ compliance monitoring experience
Hold a professional qualification in AML/CFT
Excellent understanding of AML legislation
Good working knowledge of current financial reporting requirements and ability to articulate this to colleagues
Strong reporting skills and experience relating information to board and risk committees
