Joining the corporate practice area you will support Associates in effecting debt listings on The International Stock Exchange (TISE), and have the opportunity work alongside an approachable and experienced team of globally-minded lawyers. This company is committed to supporting the next generation of talented lawyers and will also assign you a Mentor.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparing draft listing documents
Managing the listing process from initial enquiry to listing
Assisting with the continuing obligation requirements of listed issues
Carrying out day to day administration tasks
Experience and skills required:
Hold a 2:1 degree or strong academics at A level (or equivalent)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure
