An independent, specialist litigation and dispute resolution practice is looking for a highly motivated individual who has a can-do approach towards all given tasks and good attention to detail to join their team. 

As Legal Receptionist, you will provide front of house services to the firm and its clients and visitors, whilst providing administrative and PA support to the firm’s legal and business development teams.

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in similar roles with customer service, secretarial and administrative responsibilities is essential

  • Relevant experience working in a law firm or professional services firm 

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
