As Legal and Compliance Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining the legal and compliance document management systems and preparing committee and board reports and packs.

Working in a team of six legal and compliance professionals, you will provide administrative support to the group legal and compliance team, based in the Jersey office.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collating and organising board packs for committee and board meetings 

  • Managing the inbox and relevant document management systems 

  • Preparing guidance notes and procedures 

  • Accurately maintaining files for clients and fund and corporate documents 

  • Undertaking compliance KYC/CDD checks  

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks 

  • Excellent research skills

  • High level of discretion with confidential matters 

  • Confident computer skills, especially with excel
