Play an active role in providing user end support in an international business environment. As a key member of the IT team, you will ensure an efficient service is provided to the business and build strong working relationships with the IT team, all users worldwide and external suppliers.

This company has a flexible approach to working hours; shift hours and on-call support.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing end user support and escalating service desk tickets when appropriate
Participating in end user training
Monitoring and maintaining IT systems and troubleshooting any issues
Installing, upgrading and maintaining IT hardware, software and systems
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ IT service desk experience
Knowledge of Microsoft core technologies: Windows Service, Exchange, Active Directory and Microsoft Office
Recent experience in support Citrix would be an advantage, but is not essential
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good prioritisation and time management skills
