Collaboratively work with colleagues in a hands-on technical role, delivering technical support across multiple jurisdictions and ensuring an excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
You will provide support for a wide range of on-premises and cloud infrastructure and act as second/third line of internal support for any infrastructure issues.
Ideally, you will have an interest in the ever-changing environment of network and security infrastructure services, particularly cloud computing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities will include:
Delivering IT support services to service level agreements and documenting processes
Identifying opportunities to improve processes to meet business and user needs
Monitoring the performance of network and security resources and monitoring customer feedback
Defining the company’s network and security strategy, ensuring it aligns with wider priorities
Creating the roadmaps detailing network and security-led change
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 10 years IT experience
Experience using technologies such as Cisco, Aruba wireless services, Microsoft security systems and telephony services
Excellent project management skills
Up to date knowledge of industry standards and best practice in network and security
High level problem solving skills
