Collaboratively work with colleagues in a hands-on technical role, delivering technical support across multiple jurisdictions and ensuring an excellent customer service is delivered at all times.

You will provide support for a wide range of on-premises and cloud infrastructure and act as second/third line of internal support for any infrastructure issues.

Ideally, you will have an interest in the ever-changing environment of network and security infrastructure services, particularly cloud computing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering IT support services to service level agreements and documenting processes​

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes to meet business and user needs​

  • Monitoring the performance of network and security resources and monitoring customer feedback​

  • Defining the company’s network and security strategy, ensuring it aligns with wider priorities ​

  • Creating the roadmaps detailing network and security-led change​

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 10 years IT experience​

  • Experience using technologies such as Cisco, Aruba wireless services, Microsoft security systems and telephony services​

  • Excellent project management skills​

  • ​Up to date knowledge of industry standards and best practice in network and security

  • High level problem solving skills​
