Joining the IT team in an award-winning banking and investment firm, you will collaborate with the learning and development team to develop and implement IT learning interventions globally across the business.

Responsibilities will include:
Preparing for the implementation of all IT learning interventions by ensuring content is updated and logistical needs are taken care of
Delivering learning interventions and creating opportunities for learners to apply their new knowledge, reviewing productivity with line managers to analyse the success and suggest potential improvements
Identifying learning needs of the group and developing learning interventions to target these
Evaluating and assessing learning interventions, gaining feedback
Keeping up to date with changes to learning intervention content in the industry and updating as required
Marketing and providing advice on all learning interventions available across all delivery channels
Continuously developing and improving the coaching capabilities of team learners
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience delivering software training to stakeholders on new technologies and systems on a one-to-one basis and in a classroom style
Ideally hold a relevant professional diploma in information technology
Facilitation and ‘Train the Trainer’ type qualifications would be an advantage
A sound knowledge base within the IT technology landscape
Background of Agile coaching would be advantageous
