This is a key role assisting with the maintenance and development of the IT infrastructure for the firm’s global operations. You can expect to be part of a forward-thinking and supportive team that is at the forefront of the development of new products and innovations.
This opportunity can be based in Jersey or Guernsey.
Responsibilities will include:
Reviewing the operational performance of the global infrastructure, carrying out any remediation as required
Collaborating with other IT teams to resolve any software, hardware or operational problems
Ensuring all servers and infrastructure components are kept up to date with security updates
Helping to shape and refine operational processes, to improve confidentiality and integrity
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience within an infrastructure or technical support role
Hold a recent Microsoft technology or solutions qualification, such as MTA or MCSA
Good understanding of infrastructure technologies such as the CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+ and Security+
Knowledge of remote access technologies
A team player with strong time management skills
