As a People Operational Specialist, you will deliver an exceptional employee experience by managing employee relations, policies, and processes with accuracy and care. In this role, you’ll act as a subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with local legislation, overseeing employee relation cases, and supporting leaders in handling people-related matters effectively. You’ll also contribute to workforce planning, employee contracts, and training initiatives while streamlining processes across the organization.
