In this varied generalist HR role, you will support the delivery of a seamless, client focused HR service, providing support with employee relations, recruitment and data interpretation and analysis, and in return you will be provided with opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting employee relations processes in line with firm policies and coaching managers where appropriate 

  • Developing strong working relationships with stakeholders and becoming a key point of contact for HR queries 

  • Monitoring and analysing management information relating to attrition, reward, resourcing and performance 

  • Coordinating employee engagement surveys  

  • Providing support during the recruitment and onboarding process 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role within a global HR team

  • CIPD qualified (Graduate or Member status) 

  • Previous experience advising managers on employee relations matters such as performance management, absence and recruitment 

  • Ability to work well within a team and build strong working relationships 

  • Experience with HR systems
