Responsibilities will include:
Supporting employee relations processes in line with firm policies and coaching managers where appropriate
Developing strong working relationships with stakeholders and becoming a key point of contact for HR queries
Monitoring and analysing management information relating to attrition, reward, resourcing and performance
Coordinating employee engagement surveys
Providing support during the recruitment and onboarding process
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role within a global HR team
CIPD qualified (Graduate or Member status)
Previous experience advising managers on employee relations matters such as performance management, absence and recruitment
Ability to work well within a team and build strong working relationships
Experience with HR systems
