In this role you will manage the day-to-day HR operations for the Jersey office, providing advice and guidance on all stages of the employment lifecycle. You will also help with an upcoming learning and development project.

Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the recruitment processes
Assisting with onboarding and leavers process
Supporting the learning and development programme
Providing advice and guidance to the business on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
Running payroll for staff in Jersey
Experience and skills required:
Extensive HR experience
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Confident using technology
Proactive and flexible approach to tasks
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
