Joining the HR team, you will play a pivotal part in bringing the employment initiatives to life, both internally and externally. You will work collaboratively with departments to help shape and implement the HR strategy and deliver programmes. You will also own some of the employee life cycle activities.
You will also share insights with the Executive Board in order to drive positive change, whilst providing advice and solutions for employee relations issues.
